my memary is very poor. often i forget abought some talk & some work. i cant rember every thing. so wt i haveto do?

    2) There are ways to better memory, tricks you can learn to help you memorize things and sequences, but I don't think that is what you are worried about.

    3) All of us lose some memory capability as we age. Good diet, enough sunlight, vitamins, and sleep are very important.

    4) Writing down important things on a notebook or pocket organizer can help. I know: where did I put that organizer?

    5) You also probably remember the things you really find important. See if what you are forgetting is really stuff you hate. Examine that a bit and see if you can change your life a little to avoid without forgetting.

  13. According to yur question you seems to be a irregular and indeciplene person. try to change your habits and keep arrange all the things and also make planning on a paper to do list.

    That will help you a lot. Keep it with you all the time and check out the work you did. And aslo eat almond everyday for the rest of your life so you will sharpen your memory

  14. There's not much you can do.  Maybe if you're overworked, eliminating some of the chores that you do will help you to remember.  ALso a good night's sleep is very important.
