My members in the group cannot seem to edit their files? How can I fix this problem?

Question

Members have files set up that they need to access and modify from time to time. Up until this month they have been able to do that. I have not changed anything and now they can't access their file to edit them?

if the settings are still correct- management- under group settings click web tools- web tools (edit) <--click the edit- make sure they're still the same settings
