My memory card on my Samsung E250 isn't working!!?

I've just changed my phone from a Vodafone 716 to a Samsung E250 and I have a 1GB Micro SD card that I previously used in my Vodafone 716.

I tried to put the card into my E250 and it siad that it recognised a memory card being inserted. When I went onto the memory card file on my phone it said that it was empty.

I've tried formating the card on my E250 but it is still doing the same thing.

Please don't just answer by saying the E250 cannot hold a 1GB memory card because I know it can as my sister has the same phone with a 2GB memory card in it.

Please help!!!!!

Thats strange.

Try taking the card out, resetting the phone, then putting the card back in.

or

Reset with card inside

Happened to me twice on my E250. I had to put everything back on it.
