My memory foam mattress topper is flat?

I purchased a dream solutions memory foam mattress topper, It was packaged so tight it was flat when I unfolded it. Laid it out for a day but still it did not puff up. No instructions or number to call in the box so I was wondering if there was something I can do to unflatten the topper

You should call them or email them about the problem. Return and refund it if possible. Check if your memory foam mattress is made with visco elastic foam. Visco elastic foam mattress should not have this problem of puffing up.

If it hasn't come into shape by now it never will.  Return it and get your money back.  I bought one from SAMS CLUB several years ago and it is holding up great.  There is a memory foam called VISCO that is commonly used in the manufacture of mattresses.  There are other knock offs, especially from china, that aren't worth wasting your money on.
