My message center and my page side-bar comments section have both disappeared? Any ideas?

I received a message that 360 had encountered a problem and had to close. When I logged back on, the message center said, "No Messages". The mailbox history was gone. The side-bar comment section of my top-page was also gone along with the comments history. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The same thing's happened to me. My page comments are all missing. In fact, the entire module has disappered and I can't find any way to check the settings. However, the strange thing is it looks like everyone else's pages are normal. Either it's just mine out of all the pages I've looked at or it's a matter of perspective.

Also, my 360 messages are all missing: inbox, sent, and draft. It let me send a message via a friend's page, but I don't know if it went through and there is no copy of it in my sent folder. When I want to save a draft, it said "error: could not save". And to top it all off, the homescreen says I have "-3" (negative three) messages. The "-3" thing has happened before, but I never lost messages until now.

I sure hope they have a backup and can restore my messages. I'd hate to think they are all lost forever. It's bad enough they they disappear when the other person's account is deleted.

Sorry, I can't tell you what's wrong or how to fix it, but maybe that will help in case anyone on the 360 crew deign to stop by.
