Todayas I activated voice recognitopn on my laptop which was fine, however when i went back to use microscoft Word Doc and began to type, some letters came in as numbers. Can you tell me what I have to do to return Microsoft back to my old system.
When I also go into my email and try to type my name some of the letters also come in as numbers.
I have never used restored and when I looked it up it said that it would return it to the factory settings, but I have installed other programmes and I would lose them should I use restore
