My middle schooler wet his pants today?

I wouldn't either.  Just tell him if he's embarassed because he thinks his friends will make fun of him.  Then tell him then they must not be his "friends"

Sit down and talk to him about it.  He might of been nervous about something or he could have a kidney infection.  Something is going on and you need to find out.

You should send him to school in a diaper! Or make him carry a change of clothes in a plastic bag. Kids these days do that S**t on purpose,,, so his friends will think he is cool or a rebel, especially if he embraces his new fashion statement. Have fun! >:0

The kids at his school that witnessed it happening are probably going to make fun of him through his time at that school, and he'll have it held against him until they mature in high school. I'm sorry it happened to him, it must've been terribly embarrassing.

let him hide out for one day,than not drink so much water the night before  try to prepare him for the teasing talk to the teacher in advance and ask her to interviene if it gets to bad

he'll probably only get teased for a short time by the next day i'm sure they'll be talking about some thing else .. ti happened to me a few times during school  age 8-11

How horrifying for him. Just explain you understand he is embarrassed, but he has to go to school. If he hides out at home for a day or two, the kids will be talking about it and then once he gets to school it will be worse. Tell him to be strong and it will soon be a thing of the past.
