  1. lights..i work in a call center with very bad migraines and have one now, my eyes hurt really bad, and the only thing to do is try to keep the computer monitor up high so you dont have to move your head so much, try to keep your eyes closed, if you wear glasses take them off and to try lay down...i find not much meds work for me, but the lights actually blink at a 60mhz pace, so if you change your montior refresh rate to 72-75mhz it offsets the lights, works for me, so far, with the exception of today, could also be caused by stress.

  2. Hi Lee. I suffered from migraines for 20 years, and yes, any kind of movement when you have one will make it worse. The only thing that would ever help me was to lay down in a quiet, dark place. My triggers were hormone changes, and lack of sleep. It's good that you are trying to learn what triggers a migraine for you. Being on a computer all the time would be a good one ( if you don't wear glasses, maybe you need them ). I couldn't go in the car when i had a bad one, cause the movement of the car was unbearable for me. Not really sure why the movement bothers people, but it's usually a problem for everyone who has them. Any kind of light was also a problem for me when i would get one also. Try taking a hot bath when you have one ( if possible ). That would give me some relief, because it would help relax my muscles. You just have to experiment, and find the things that will work for you. Good luck...Hugs...Hope you feel better soon :-)
