my mile time has been increasing pretty drastically. my fastest is 6mins 28 seconds [i'm a 14 yr old female, and i'm in middle school] but my time has been getting pretty bad, like for instance, 2 weeks ago it was 7& a half mins, and a couple days later is was 8 mins and 12 seconds. but then i got 3rd place about 5 days ago, with a time of 7mins 12 seconds. what could i do to keep my time consistant, or just something i could do to keep it from increasing more?
