My miller light neon sign will not turn on???

can it be fixed?? none of the tubes are broken so none o fhte neon gas got out and does anyone know if i can fix it myself?

try blowing in its ear, it always works with my wife...

but really, the starter is probably out or loose, it's a small cylindrical shaped  part, usually white, locate it and lightly twist it, if that doesn't work take it out and go to radio shack, they should be able to match it up.
