My minature yorshire terrier is breathing funny? ?

he is only about 1 and a half and i notice if u are close to him he is breathing weird when i say weird emmm its hard to explain....like a cough!!! if that makes sense !!! coming frm his nose?

he had problems when he was born he was smaller then his two brothers!? he nearly didnt make it any idea why is breathing like this ;/

I have yorkshire terriers and i notice mine snorts sometime the little one is tiny and she is worse than the bigger ones i was told it was because there tubes are tiny breathing and eating so they get little blockages she is 7 years old and have always did this. if it gets worse please see your vet better to be safe than sorry.

I'm afraid I can't really help much. I suggest taking him to the vet as soon as you can. He/she will know what's wrong.
