  1. They won't section you, but the might find out what is wrong and put it right for you.

  2. It sounds to me that you might have bipolar with manic tendencies which include racing thoughts, agitation, etc.  Google bipolar and ask yourself the simple test.  Then if you suspect you might be bipolar contact the doctor.   While bipolar is not cureable it is treatable and the sooner you treat it the better.  It will not get better by itself.

Good luck.  I wish you the best.  If there is anything further you would like to know, please feel free to email me.

  3. um, have u been tested for adhd? or have u been taking a drug (i strongly advise it, don't do drugs, seriously)? philip mite be rite, it mite be gen. anxiety. ask the doctor, seriously, or wait till tomorrow and see if u are still like that, if u are, go see a doctor.

  4. go and visit your doctor. sounds like your depressed. you wont be sectioned either. only very dangerous people are sectioned. your just depressed.

  5. Sounds like Anxiety, book an appointment with your GP, you cant get sectioned for having anxiety.

  6. YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO THE VOICES IN YOUR HEAD

theys say  "get a grip you mug  and get some sleep."

  7. Sounds like a panic or anxiety attack about to happen. You're not "crazy" crazy, but you do need some help from a mental health expert, like a therapist or psychiatrist. First stop, as always, is your GP.

  8. You may have eaten something that is causing a reaction.  Also if you are in the UK the pollen count is low but the spore count is very high.

So you may just be having an allergic reaction.  Drink plenty of fluids [not alcohol] and eat properly.  Try to sleep - if you can't don't worry you only need to rest to be OK.

If it gets worse talk to your doctor.  No one will want to 'section' you as it costs way too much money ;]  So relax and get well.

  9. No you are not going crazy, as someone has already said it sounds like you are experiencing anxiety.

Try meditating.  Go into a dark room, and light a candle if you have one.  Put a clock nearby so you can see the time.  Sit with your legs crossed facing the candle.  If you have a burner or incense you can put one of these on too.  Think of a soothing word that you can use as your mantra.  I use the word 'peace'.  Close you eyes and just keep repeating the word over and over in your head - don't say it out loud.  Other thoughts will come into your mind, just let them drift in and then drift out again and when they have gone keep repeating your mantra.  Do this for 10 - 15 minutes.  You should find that you become very relaxed and you will feel any stress tingling out of your body.  Hopefully this will help you feel calmer and less agitated.  It usually helps you to sleep better too.

Hope it helps and it's a lot easier than visualization meditation, and don't worry I learnt this technique from an approved and recommended meditation pack.

ps make an appointment to see your doctor if things don't improve as he/she will be able to prescribe an anti-depressant which is good for anxiety or a tranquliser to help relax/calm you.

  10. you can come over to my house, I'll put a duster in your hand and let you dust

  11. sound like a panic attack try some yoga or time out, I used to drink red bull and get the same feelings hope you get better soon :)
