My minivan is a passenger and I received parking tickets in NYC as commercial. Can I have them dismissed?

I have a passenger Astro Minivan and I had parking tickets as commercial vehicle. This is in NYC . Any help or sugestions would be really appreciated Thanks..

I would say that you can try but from what I have read, people are trying to use minivans and full size vans with seats in them to deliver packages (disguising the as passenger vans) and the cities are cracking down on this, just prove that you did nothing wrong and you should be good to go.
