My mobile broadband works but my sisters doesnt?

i got my mobile internet dongle a week ago and it works great, my sister got hers and when she tried to use it, it said modem data invalid, how can i fix this for her

Are you both using the same computer ?

Anyway  to fix any problems go to add & remove programs then uninstall the usb modem ....you must 1st unplug the dongel 2 do so ... when uninstall is done restart pc then plug dongle back in and it will instal again try it works for me 9 times out of 10
