My mobile number is accepted but am not receiving the sms number from the website in order to continue.?

I'm from Singapore & I'm interested in bidding in the Yahoo Taiwan Auction. I've tried many times to ask the sellers some questions before bidding but I kept having the same problem at the mobile phone message part. I have not been receiving the sms messages of which I need to input in the verification screen in order to put my question through to the seller. I need advice on this area so that I can bid in the auction website. Is there a Yahoo Taiwan Help page that I can write to? Thks.

your phone carrier doesn't support the sms message for that particular service.
