My mobile phone is being unlawfully tapped....I need HELP?

I am seeing a woman whose mom "apparently" knows someone working for NATO in Brussels who has access to phone tapping services. I know as a fact that all my conversations are being tapped (as her mom repeats her everything we tell each other and has track of all our text messages) but I feel powerless to stop her from doing this.

First I'd need to prove that the tap is currently happening but who should I go to ?? My service provider ? The police ? I need help... :(

If its her phone and its under her moms name, you lose.

She can do whatever she wants with the phone under her name.

Murphies3, you tap lines (routes), not phones, lol. Same as with packetsniffing internet transmissions

First off go to the police and make a report. They should in turn get ahold of your service provider. I would also get your own lawyer. And inform the police that you are changing your number so this doesn't continue happening.

Did you consider that the tap may be on your girlfriends phone? Are you certaint that it is your phone?

james bond indeed ?   it is more like her mom is tape recording in the house, kitchen, bedroom, lounge.  have a look around the these areas.

There is no such thing as a tap on a cellphone.  The conversations go through the air and are bounced off satelites.  Therefore there is no real expectation of privacy.  Use a land line and have her ise a land line.  This is much harder to listen in on and more subject to tappping restrictions.
