I am a sri lankan . How can I down load yahoo meseger to my phone? my country is not in the messenger list?

Can i install it to my mobile?????????????

Can i see mails using my phone?

They asked me about my phone number so do i have to types my phone number with country codes,if so wat is the code i should use.

First check with your Telecom whether they extend that service to all. If you get a positive reply, you have to pay a fees for the service.
