My moderator has just resigned. Do I really need one. My group has 58 members and I approve all messages.?

My moderator has just resigned and also left the group. I approve all messages.Do I need to have another moderator to be there on my group when I'm not there. What do I do when I'm on holiday. I want the group to flow but can't be on it all the time.My members are from all over the world and on different time zones. Do I carry on alone or what.

I believe if I remember right, you're the owner. you could ask another active member to be a moderator, or unmod some members posting privileges that have never given the group any trouble.
