I am 13, and classified as obese.(5'4" 184pounds) My mom wants me to lose weight. so this is what I eat everyday
Breakfast- Half a piece of toast
Lunch- 1/4 of a sandwhich that had one slice of turker, and one piece of lettuce, inside. along with, 2 crackers, and no drink.
Dinner- If it is chicken nuggets, i get two. If it's something else, such as spaghetti, I dont get any. if it is hotdogs, I get half of a hot dog. If its something else, i get a very small portion, or no food at all.
In a day, She doesnt let me drink more than two bottles of water, and thats it.
What should I do?
