My mom and step dad?

we were pouring concrete and the concrete got through my mom jeans (she was down on all fours and i was standing) and my step dads and now there knees are all messed up they can abrley sleep anymore because the blanket hurt there knees

what should they do?

They could try icing their knees down.. then using heating pads on them.

Or they can also try rubbing alcohol to soothe some of their aches. Even a hot soak in the bath tub would relieve some of the pain. Have them take  a couple of Tylenol's as well and in a couple of days they should be good as new.

If after a day or 2, the pain isn't any better THEN they need to see a doctor.
