well it depends how old you are.. but if your old enough just move out. my mom doesn't curse at me but we fight.  get out if you can!!! either you to the telling off thing or you just start crying and talk to her :)

well i don't think you are and your mom was way out of line in my opinion.  just take a deep breath and be the bigger person.  let her cool down. when everything is calm sit down and talk to her.  let her know how what she said hurt you.  take care!

i fill like that to because i fill like i get abused by my family and i just go through with it and trust me you wil be happy someday even thuogh i never was but good luck with your mom

stand up to your mum and tell her that she is meant to be there for you! my mum used to say the same about me as i didn't go out much as i was always with my ex but it shouldn't matter to her, if you don't feel like socialising at times then that is up to you! i proved my mum wrong as i now live with 4 lads and 3 girls at the age of 17, i couldn't stand her being so horrible to me all the time but now i'm gone from her, i do miss her cos she is still my mum, i said i hated her but i don't; try to aviod saying that, it will hurt your mums feelings a lot, even if she doesn't show it. just talk to her, tell her it is your life and you'll live it how YOU want to.

Don't get yourself all upset about this..I'm sure she didn't mean it, it was probably in the heat of an argument. We all say things in the heat of the moment.. I'm sure you have too.
