how can I earn money in a week or less. I need about 20 - 40 $$

Ok First off i'm assuming you have done addiquit research and know how big of a cage you need and are willing to special order one if u cna't find one large enough, and you know exactly wat you need to set up everyhitng. And you will set everything up prior to going and purchasing your gerbil. Am i correct? if not do so. This is a life you are talking about here. Then you have to have enough money in case he needs to go to the vet.

A week or less?  Be patient- patience and responsibility go hand in hand.  Save allowance, do chores, sell some or your stuff, etc.

The answer depends on how old you are.  Actually, there are no jobs that will give you money that quickly.  You'll just have to get a job and wait until you get a paycheck.  Remember that you will also need money for food and vet bills.

Okay, don't push the gerbil thing with your parents/ complain... just set out to earn the money yourself... that would be a pretty good act of independence and responsibility.

For money, look to neighbors and etc... babysitting, mowing lawns, etc... small town grocery stores often have bulletin boards were you can advertise your services or look for work... just be careful that you don't work for some freak who plans to kill you when you get to their house (it happened to my sister's, roomate's friend). Stick in your neighborhood.

Work around the house...ha... I said it!!!  I couldn't resist... lol.

well ask yourself, if you really wanted a gerbil, would it matter how you made the money? housework may be your only option
