  1. no pros. its a jeep.................

  2. Pros:

    * off-rad vehicle

    Cons:

    * it is to heavy

    * horrible in MPG

    * hard steering when making U-turns

    * hard suspenssion, especially up front

    * resale value...terrible

    * Soft-top convertible parts will get missing with the time

    * Uncomfortable back seats

    * Higher insurance rates

    * Easy to roll over

  3. If you want a 4wd stick to a Subaru, much better to drive and heaps safer than any other 4wd.

    Your mum would even let you take her out in it and know she was safe. (Yes I know, that's the last thing you would want to do, but that's the message).

  4. Well, what are we talking here

    Are we talking a Jeep ..just a jeep....hmmmmm

    sounds suspect

    or are we talking a Jeep with a 4inch lift kit no body just rolly bars  and mag wheels

    Am I close?????

    Well take mom to the Jeep web site and show her the "TIP" value is usually with the high vechle and large tires (which you are willing to comprimise on) THAT MEANS NO)

    And speed is a factor which is with most all young drivers and any cars.

    The PRO ~~~(IDK) did she raise a great kid. would you ever use an accident and injury to her heart just to play? I don't think so

    Be safe in anything you drive !

  5. Jeeps have handling issues due to the compromises made to their suspensions for off-road use. Not only that but even with a 4 cyl engine they get terrible gas mileage! The only positive thing I can think of is that they are stylish and fun to drive! Ferrari himself called the jeep "the only sports car made in America".

  6. It's not a sports car.  You can't take corners at 25mph.  Evasive maneuvers could cause rollovers.  There are no side airbags.  Other than that, I see no problems.

    On the other hand, there is nothing I can think of that would make it safer than another kind of car.

    I have a lifted (4") 1971 Bronco and have had no problems.  However, I drive it like an SUV.
