My mom got a picture message and she can't remember her pasword on verizon..what do we do???

she doesn't have a camera phone so she can't look at it.

she can't remember her password.

or her security password.

so what can we do?

i want to try and make a new account thing, but it won't let you.

You can call Verizon Wireless and have then unregister your My Verizon account, or select forgot password on the site, it sends you a text message with the password! =)
