Went to the mall today (with some friends she wasn't there)

And a REALLY nice car came by so I turned around and yelled "I LOVE YOUR CAR!" (cause I'm a car freak) and then i tripped over the curb and ran into a stop sign. Lol.

My step brother told her what happened when we got home and she goes "if y'all tell me anymore stories like that you won't be going back to the place"

What is the big deal?

Its not like I did anything bad. We were already out of the path of the car.

And we told her we just walked around the place (cause its an outdoor mall) and she acted like we did something bad.

How does she make me feel like I did something bad or unaccpetable when I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG!!!!

I was good the whole time (like I always am)

Gees. She treats us like we're trouble makers or something just because we're teenagers.

Did I do anything bad??

  1. Lame! Ask her what made her so upset so you won't do it again

  2. Yelling at someone's car is a sign of not being mature. If it was everyone would do it. It is rude to yell at someone in a car. I don't care if it is "Hi!" or something like that. They can't hear, the person could misunderstand you & think you said something crazy & do who knows what. So that is what the big deal is. I wouldn't want my child out yelling at cars & yes you are a child since you acted like one.

  3. No not really.  It's not like you and your brother did anything horrible like throwing ketchup and fries at McDonalds or anything.

    Thank you and good day.

  4. if things went down the way you told it then no, you didnt do anything wrong. probubly gave the guy with the car a good smile.

your mom may be worried about you being loud and disruptive. not to mention the damage you do to yourself running into a stop sign. i bet that hurt.

just try to take it down a notch. its normal for teenage guys to be loud, at least you were being complementive and positve. i have to say good for you. i see too many kids who would rather yell out something nasty.

  5. Your mom is probably just worried that you might hurt yourself, say if you had tripped off the curb and into the road.  It may have sounded like you were being insulting to the driver.  Talk with your mom about the situation.  Explain your side and let her explain her side without getting an attitute.

  6. Stop bothering her with stuff she doesnt care about
