My mom has a problem with apologies

i do love my mom but if she does things like play fight with me and hurts herself hitting me she gets mad at me for it or if she knows she does something wrong she wont apologize

my grandparents say that shes been like this for a long time . since she thinks shes never wrong she doesnt think she has issues

how can i help her realize this

she seems closed minded and hard headed it's hard to get through those kind of people. See if you can sit down with her and tell her how you feel. if that doesn't work then try asking her for some respect, you have to give it to get it. She's in denial if she thinks she does no wrong. demand the respect that you deserve and ask for an apology
