My mom hates the boy I like?

My mom hates this boy that I've liked for a year now. She hates him because she thinks hes a little weasel and also he broke up with me before for another girl. ( We were fighting a whole lot when he broke up with me so I understood. ) But now he asked me out again and claims that hes changed and I can actually tell he has. My point here is that I really want to date this boy but my mom doesn't want me to. So what should I do?

Listen to your mom!! My dad tried to tell me about a guy I liked and I didn't listen and after a few years of dealing with him, we had a bad relationship. If he broke up with you for someone else, he's using you as a rebound to make the other jealous. He is probably still associating with the othr girl too. Boys like to have many girls, it makes them feel important and they do not think about the feelings involved. Girls care more than boys do, they go from girl to girl like they never cared while we are sad if we aren't with them. Your mom has enough sense and experience to know how he is going to be and she's just trying to save your feelings! She loves you, he don't!

He doesn't sound like he is worth the stress your gonna go through if he acts shady again. And since he wants you again, you probably deserve better!
