My mom is a home health care aide and her cliet right now is going down hill

Question

Her clients son is mentally challenged and is having a lot of problems dealing with his mom. They are going to take her tube out tomorrow and see what happens. the question I have is her son is now saying he wants to kill himself. I know its just words but when it comes down to it you never know. This guy has lived at home his whole life and has taken care of his mom with help from aides. Who would we report this too. Right now my dads on the phone with him and another aide has spoke with him. My mom takes him to the hospital everyday and brings him home. Please let me know who we should report this too. He really needs some help. He has one brother but I guess hes a jerk and doesn't help with anything.

find the local crisis center hotline, or dhs and report to them..
