Make her realise it's easy to create a conspiracy theory by stringing together a few semi-related facts. You should debunk the theories she's talking about. Pick them apart by showing her how tenuously related the facts are. When someone tells you something, why are they more believable than the next guy?

I would stop her from drinking during the daytime, maybe take away her collection of semi-fiction Dan Brown thrillers? Most importantly, make absolutely SURE that there will NOT be a massive war within the next three years. You might look foolish if - coincidentally - she is right.

tell her that it's not even true; tell her that she has had an illusion about this; no one says that there will be a war in three years. tell her to calm down and not get too stressed over nothing at all. hope this works.
