This summer i planned to hang out with my friends and have a good time. A week later my brothers and sisters couldn't go back to day care so i had to watch them. The whole summer a week before school my mom is stressed out i go to my grand mom house to take a break from my bad sibs, so i come back home my room is messed up because of my sibs. When I finished cleaning my room my mom told me she wanted all of us to get in the car to go the store. I ask her can i just stay here cause i wanted to be by myself. 2 minutes later she cuts my phone off. So later she talks to her friend and she's talking about me like I don't get good grades or i shouldn't of passed my grade which i did have good grades but she is just mad because her favorite child my lil sister failed her grade

what should i do about this i want to stay at my grandparents house cause i live down the street from them

  1. I don't know what the answer is to this.

I just want to say that you shouldn't pay attention to anyone putting you down, even if it's family because you have goals in life and you want to go places and listening to that and letting it get you down will keep you from rising above. Stay focused, do what you have to do to get your schooling done and maintain your grades. Keep some personal space when you need it, try not to get aggitated or vindictive and make your situation worse if your mother is playing favorites, but keep yourself in line and don't give a reason for her or someone else to give you problems. At some point you can use the counselors at school to get you into the right direction, help with college scholarships, testing, filling out forms, help getting jobs, part-time college, roomates... etc... a lot of things are coming up and you have a lot of opportunity if you grab it. Never burn bridges and make connection with positive people who can help you. :)

I used to chill out at my grandmothers house for a few hours after school so I could have some peace in my life... now I've done exactly what I suggested to you and life is good.

    Best Wishes.
