My mom keeps thinking I don't eat!!! pissed?

Ok, I'm skinny but I make my self eat like ALL the time, for 2 days I've been making myself eat like OMG I don't know how many times I ate

2 bowls of cereal for breakfast big

some chips for a snack at school (i don't have snacks class had party)

ate my whole grill cheese sandwich full of cheese and more chip

Ate big bowl of noodles

3 slices of sandwich with butter

um...spagettie 2 full bowls humm i think that's it? barely finished noodles

So what do I do people keep saying I'm anerexic!!! uggh I always eat a lot but it just feels like my body is axorbing none of it and letting it go to waste uggh!!! I hate it! What do I do especially my mom and freinds say it and familey....everyone says it I can't gain weight it's impossible!!! HELP

    If you know your not anorexic that's all you need.


  2. You are very lucky you know.

    The thing is some people dont gain weight if they lack nutrients, try eating lots of healthy food as well as some snacks.

    For example

    B-1 bowl of Wholegrain cereal, 1 piece of toast and fruit juice

    S-Handful of chips and a banana

    L-Noodles with chicken and vegetables and small snack bar

    S-Cheese on Crackers

    D-Spaghetti with sauce

    S- Icecream with fruit

    Try getting enough protein and other nutrients.

    Tell your mum how much you eat, you just CANT gain weight, maybe consult a doctor/dietician.

  3. it is not impossible my sister was very thin for years and people picked on her about it, she never had an eating disorder of any kind.  She used to cry because she wanted to gain some weight so bad.  

    Some people, especially young people have very high metabolism and your body burns the calories quite rapidly.  When you get older (my sis didnt gain weight until her mid 20's) your metabolism will slow down.

    Let your mom and friends know that this is a sensitive issue for you.  Most of them are probably concerned for health and just worried.  Keep a log for a few days of what you eat exactly and show them.
