My mom lost my bonds and i had a lot! what do i do?

If you know the names of the securities, you or a broker can determine who the transfer agent is.  The transfer agent has records of all holders of each security (except for some very old bonds which were in "bearer name").  The transfer agent will have a system to replace lost securities (if they haven't been sold to someone else).  If you don't know the names, you may be able to get that information from the broker who sold you the bonds.
