My mom passed away and now my sister is having her first child. What can I do to make it like my mom is here?

I would like to do something or give her something to make it easier because we both wish that our mom was here.

  1. Get her something custom, like an embroidered blanky for the babies crib that says "Grandma's Angel: watching over you always" or something touching like that.

    I'm sorry for your loss, we lost my mom very young about 2 years ago and it still sucks, but we reference her often as a family.


  2. Perhaps you can discuss with your sister if she would like to name her frst child after your mom, or maybe a variation of the name. This way, she'll be forever close to both of you, and you can channel your love to the baby as well.


  3. Just being there with her and sharing good moments you had with your mom would be wonderful.
