  1. A year of college.

  2. A year of college.

You'll get more out of it.

  3. If you get an education, you can pay for your own car.

If you get a car, you can pay for gas.

  4. college-or just remain as dumb as your question for the rest of your life

  5. Should be a no brainer...go to college, the car can wait.

  6. Definitely college! It will help you out in the long run and better your future. You will have plenty of time for a new car once you graduate from college.

  7. college because once you pass college, you can get a job and buy a new car then. whats more important? cars or college

  8. Go for the year of college.  It's almost certainly worth more, unless you wanted a Jaguar or something.

  9. I'm going to go against the majority here and say take the car. A car is more expensive than a year of college, and you can receive loans and grants to pay for college. Now, having said that, don't take the car and skip the education! I'm simply saying that, if you're planning on getting both, having the car paid for would save you more money.

And believe it or not, I'm not a teenager telling you to take the shinier present; I'm 36, in college myself, with a daughter about to begin as well.

    Good luck!

    Karen
