My mom told me I'm protestant... :| What does that mean?

Question

When asked my religion, i just told people that my familys unreligious. But then my mom told me that I'm a Protestant. I call myself an Unreligious Thiest (I believe in God, but not in religion as a whole) but I'm confused.

What does Protestant mean?

Does that mean he isn't a school teacher? Because they molest far more kids than any member of any church. People like you like to think you are a free thinkers. But really you are just educated by the popular media. o.o2% of catholic priest are/were pedophiles. Compare that just about any other group. Jewish, muslim, hindu,doctors, police officers, School teachers etc. and you will see its a very low number. But that being said even 0.02% is a number which is way to high. We are working to get it down to 0%. My advice for you is to educate yourself properly. instead of letting popular media do it for you.
