we left kazakhstan in 1995 and have not been back yet because we came to USA as refuges and if we returned too soon we could get killed, but now my mom wants to go back, she has her passport but no visa there, he case is very complicated since we still dont have our green cards but we are no longer refugees and have our white card so we cannot be deported, we live in WA, the cheapest she found she could get one was for $786 US and it would take up to 90 days, anyone know or can help us please let us know, she needs to go visit my grandmother because she got sick, any help is appriciated, thank you.

  1. i don't know if the embassy would help??? not sure and I am sure they will not tell u if ur wanted or anything. I would not take the risk and leave an not being able to come back. Don't u have relatives there who can take care of ur grandma?? my opinion , ur mom should forget her past and focus on her future.
