  2. not necessarily.

    but yeah maybe.

you might end up like me though my mom is a DD and i'm pretty flat. some times we just dont get lucky lmao.

  3. Yes, genetics have a big influence on your bra size, although they can come from either side of the family so you won't always inherit your mum's genes. If you are slimmer than your mum, you might even end up in a bigger cup size, for example if she's a 36DD you might end up a 32F which is the same cup size on a smaller band. My mum is around a 38D, and I'm a 30F which is one cup size smaller and four band sizes smaller.

  4. Not only genetics, but weight, diet, exercise and medication can affect the size of your b*****s.

For example - if you had a large mum who wore a 42G, it would be fairly safe to say some of that was because she was overweight. If someone loses weight, they're almost definitely going to go down a cup size. But my friend lost weight and went from 36FF to 34G - so, basically her b*****s didn't get any smaller, she just lost weight from her ribcage, making her b*****s look even larger.

If your mum was a 42G, and you're petite and only need a 28 band, there's nothing to say you'll have large b*****s because no one can determine how much of your mum's b*****s are because of her weight or down to her genes.

A few months ago I read an article that used a family of women to prove busts are getting bigger. The nan was a 34B, the mum a 36C and the daughter a 32G. The daughter was clearly the thinnest but her b*****s were the largest.

My nan is a 36E (she's quite a young nan so it doesn't sound as weird as you think that I know!) and her sister is very busty. A woman on my grandad's side needed a breast reduction. But... My mum's only a 30D, which is small for someone who has a well endowed family. I'm a 28F, which isn't as big as it sounds. However, my sister is quite busty.

In conclusion, there's nothing to say you'll definitely reach your mum's size. According to Bravissimo (http://www.bravissimo.com) DD/E is average. If you take the Pill it can increase your size, and your diet has a lot to do with it.
