  1. HOME! cuz then u would have to wear uniforms in private skools! and u would get decent food at home well u wouldn't at any skool!

  2. I would try to make the best of it if I were you.  Homeschooling can be a great experience if make it one.  Take time to think about what you are interested in and find ways to pursue it.  Join a support group, take fun classes, volunteer, etc.  Here are some ideas for you:

    Best wishes!

  3. .....thank her?

  4. um, go to private school? i don't see anything wrong with it

  5. you don't want to go to public thrust me chose home school it rocks ok bye bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1=)

  6. I go to a private school and it is really nice, I mean smaller clsses, everyone knows everyone. I mean the rpinciple knows everyone by name. DEFINITLY PRIVATE!

  7. listen to her! she may have good reasons for not wanting you to get a bad education.

  8. Thank her for caring about your education.

Yes, it's more difficult, it's more work. That's the price of good education.

Public school will get you a degree for nothing and you probably think it's a good idea. But let me tell you that we (people in the work market) know how much a public school degree is worth.

Look around you and pay attention to the couch potatoes complaining for the lack of job opportunities. They don't get them because they're not prepared. They may have a degree but that's not enough to get the job done, to take responsibilities.

Seize your time, learn. If you do, there's plenty of time to socialize and have fun.

  9. I know the desire to go to a public school is so great! I used to want to go to one. My mom refused to send me to one until I was a 10th grader. After a year and 1/2, I switched to homeschooling. Although it may be different for you-you may like it. It all depends upon the type of person you are.

In public schools, there are so many activities and events that are availible. Try telling your mom this. (sports, clubs, scholorships, tutoring, leadership, etc)

Also, try doing things to show her that you are mature enough to handle the obstacles she fears for you

  10. Hug her, thank her, and count your blessings.

  11. tell her that you wont go to any school except for public shool and say that it is best for your education.

  12. Private School > Homeschool

You will not get the social experiences like you would in public school, but you can make up for that in college. The question is - how do you plan to get into a good college? Unless your parents are very adapt in homeschooling, go with private school. In any event, make sure to stay social! These are some of the most developmental years, socially, in your life - take advantage of it.

  13. Listen!!! Your parents have a responsibility to make sure you are safe, getting a good education,Putting food on table clothes on your back and roof over your head.Listen to them and when you reach the age and are capable of taking care of yourself living on your own then you can do what you want.

  14. I love private school! NOT HOMESCHOOL! You will have, like, no social life.

  15. i went to pub. for about 6 years, then private...

private is much better, public you WILL get pressured and you WILL get made fun of for having morals

  16. Accept it, much like the way most kids are only allowed to do public school. Once you've accepted it, make it the best experience ever.

  17. you're not missing much with the public school. went to about 8-9 of them. the private one I went to was real small. like 10 kids in homeroom. that wasnt' bad. I'd take private over home school if you're social. if you dont' care, then homeschool.

  18. THANK HER!!!!  the education you will get will be far better than in  the public dumps
