My monitor cant display warcraft games

hi, recently i had bought a pc with display card ati 9600.but when i install warcraft 3 it cant show the display on my monitor, it jz got sound no display. i can click bt cant c what i had click.my monitor is crt monitor.isit problem with my crt monitor?it is year 2000 moniotr.
