My monitor/tower freeze, please help :)?

Question

Every time I turn on my computer, my CPU runs (the orange light flashes and blinks), but then when the screen with the blue progress bar thing shows up, the orange light always stops flashing, and the progress bar stops moving, and the whole CPU just freezes.

What's interesting to me is that my computer runs in the safe modes, but not the normal modes.

Can you help me to get my computer back to normal with its normal capabilities? Thanks!

Sounds like you need to do a windows repair...  Insert the windows cd and do the repair not an install...
