What i Started doing is when so ever i feel my temper is rising i just go for a long walk immediately.

  5. How old are you?  If you're a teenager, then these feelings are normal - as you advance through the years, your hormone levels rise and fall and that affects your mood.  From your pic you look like a guy, so read this:

    http://biopsychiatry.com/testos.htm

If you're older than 30, then you might be borderline bi-polar, in which case, you'll want to get some professional help and a diagnosis.

No matter what, you'll be ok!

  9. There are a variety of things that could cause your mood to swing, from emotional and physical to hormonal imbalances.  The best thing would be to go to your docotr and have an open conversation.  Tell them how you're feeling, what your concerns are, how long it's been happening, etc.  They should be able to recommend a variety of natural methods to help diagnose your problem or prescribe medicine.

Some common causes could be mild to major depression or bipolar disorder, but don't be concernd just yet.  Sometimes we notice symtpoms and think about them so much, that they seem bigger than they really are.   A conversation with your doctor should help alleviate your concerns. Good luck!
