My mood swings are back again

hey so i'm entering 10th grade now, and well, the following has happened every year for the past three years:

around fall, i start to get a little moodier every day and increasingly pessimistic, and completely self-hating. i'm crying over what should be no deal, i'm stressed out even though suddenly i'm a crazy slacker. this usually stops around march or april, and i start becoming happier and by summer i've stopped ragging on myself, i love who i am and am a big ball o' sunshine.

i really want this to stop though, it already took a major toll on my grades and my friendships this year, and i cant afford eithe because for the first one i'll need a 4.0 for UC's to even look at me, and the second will only stress me out further. and a 4.0 is difficult to achieve with:

-hysteria

-increased paranoia

-decreased ability to focus

-anxiety

what's wrong with me? how can i zap this once and for all?

  1. Read the bible, then talk to a counselors

  2. What's wrong with you? You were born with a v****a that's what wrong. Your behavior is nothing new for females, especially at your age. You are growing and going through hormonal changes.

  3. I have the same problem from fall to spring. Sometimes the change in daylight hours effects people. I go to the tanning beds about 1 to 2 times a week through those months. Open your blinds on your windows get out for walks in the light as much as you can. Try to fight it. Spring will always return. Good luck. I feel for you

  4. I know it sucks when people seem not to understand what you're experiencing, I've been there. Anxiety is a part of every day life nowadays but you have to find your own way of dealing with it. Try not to give these sensations so much credibility and they'll fade away in time. Battling anxiety and related behavioral conditions is very hard but maybe you could talk about it with a really close friend or a counselor. But don't take any medications. They just conceal the issue. They don't fix it. Try the Linden Method to deal with your mood swings, it's very logical and straight-forward.

I wish you the best of luck.

  5. Nuthin left to say, you just got PWNT
