My moped will start and run but if you put wheel on ground it will die or if you hit the brake to stop wheel ?

Pretty sure it'll be rev and go. They run with a centrifugal clutch, sounds like its stuck in drive and won't disengage when idling. It'll want stripping down

that's why I ride bicycles. the motor may run down, but it hasn't died yet..
