My morning sickness has disappeared why?

well i found out i was pregnant about a 4 days ago and 3 days before that i was really sick and throwing up i couldn't keep anything down.I even woke up at 5am just to be sick but the last 2 days i haven't been sick at all and my last pregnancy i was sick thought out most of it (Abortion)i do not want any lectures about abortions this and that because you did not know my situation but anyways so my question is how comes my morning sickness just disappeared? Does it Still mean I'm pregnant? And if i weren't wouldn't i be bleeding?

ooo and also i can not eat how i used to eat.I can only eat small things at a time and it takes me about 10 mins just to eat it.Why is this?

it probably hasnt completly disappeared yet, if it has, your lucky. mine started at 8weeks pregnant, last time i threw up was about week 17. get checked out by a doctor

Well if you are still in the early stages the morning sickness may return. Sometimes people just don't get sick. So far this entire pregnancy I havent thrown up from nausea once, I felt a bit sick for a few weeks, but not enough to vomit, and then it went away. With my first pregnancy it was worse.
