My mother's friend has dreams that come true. She also feels people and ghosts coming.?

My mother's friend has these crazy dreams. One was that her friend would get pregnant and have a boy. Three months later her friend had a baby boy. CREEPY! Also, only sometimes she can tell whats going to happen. A couple of days ago she thought she heard something downstairs. She only thought it was her daughter so she went to go see what was going on. She walked downstairs and saw that the door was locked. No one could have come in. All of a sudden the locked door swung open and a ghost was there. How did she know that someone was there? CREEPPYYYYY! Other times she has been able to talk to her dead father. What is going on? Is she phycic? Does she have a 6th sence?
