My mother have US green card ,and she filed my petition almost 3 year ago,can she upgrade my petition,thanks?

i need more information..are you over 21? are you married? is your mom going to be a us citizen soon? are you from the philipines or mexico?  if you are unmarried and over 21, you would be under category 2b (greencard parent sponsoring child over 21 and unmarried).  if your mom becames a us citizen, your petition becomes upgraded to category 1 (us citizen parent sponsoring over 21 and unmarried).

as you scroll down, get to know the first table you see.

so right now, i am assuming you're in category 2b and not from mexico nor philipines.  right now, they're processing sept 15, 99.  your mom submitted the paperwork 3 years ago in 2005..once the date on the table becomes current with your date, you're able to adjust status to greencard..

once your mom becomes a us citizen, then you will become category 1. right now theyre processing march 15, 2002. once that becomes current, then you're able to adjust.
