My mother is on my fathers visa, who is absconding. Can I transfer her sponsership to mine?

My salary is 6000 + accomodation. Secondly, the visa expired on 25/7/2008 so in case I dont get her visa can she exit the country to avoid fines?

Request to be sponsored by your parent because previous sponsorship granted to a person is not transferable.
