My mother is waitin on her disability settlement, They told her it would be here in 90 Days but it hasnt yet!?

Have any one ever been through a similar situation? If so how long did it take for you or someone you know to receive there settlement?

Sorry to say, it really depends on the lawyers and judge, my father in law took 9 months before he received his.  And it was only a partial.

If she has already been through the whole court process it should be about 90 days but could take up to 120 days. She should probably call her lawyer and see what the hold up is.
