  1. If you where born in Argentina yes you can.If not no.

    You need a birth certificate from Argentina to become a argentinian citizen.And if you have a birth certificate from the USA you are both.My daughter is she got both.

    Argentina has an agreement with the US allowing dual citizenship. Other countries with the same agreement with Argentina are: Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras, Italy, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Spain, and Sweden.

  3. Move to Argentina. GIve up your US citizenship and apply to be

    an Argentinian. You can only have dual citizenship if you are one

    nationality and are born in another country. Just because your mother

    was born in another country doesn't give you the legal right to take

    her citizenship. If you were born in the US you are an US citizen.
