  1. Should be fairly easy to get that Info .contact the Military first.

Do a Family search in Germany they keep Multiple Records.

    Veil Gluck.

  2. Contact the nearest German Cosulate, from where I live, its Huston so not sure the closest to you. They will order a birth certificate from the German Raathaus in Bad Homburg. When she gets it, she can keep a certified copy of it at your local courthouse, ensuring that this doesnt happen again.

PS. Should be able to contact naturalization and Immigration for copies and proof of citizenship as well.

  3. Baby V - Vanessa Hudgens her blog and  page

  4. Contact the vital records office of Bad-Homburg in Germany. Provide them with your mother complete name; date of birth; name of the mother and the father; and they should be able to pull you out a birth certificate. It's a public record and if you have all the right information (date of birth of everybody, complete names; etc.) you can find it.

Or visit the US Consulate in Frankfurt, that it is the closest one to Bad-Homburg. http://germany.usembassy.gov/germany/ser... They should be able to help you out.

On the other hand, if she is a US Citizens, she must have a SS or an Alien Number (prior to be come a citizen). If so, you can request to www.uscis.gov all her documents, which includes copy of her birth certificate under FOIA.http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/m...
